All orders will be dispatched using Australia Post. We will make every effort to send out your items within 1-2 business days. In the event that something needs to be ordered or is temporarily out of stock, there may be a slight delay in shipping. We will promptly notify you via email regarding any such delays. We provide free shipping for orders exceeding $75. If your order is under $75, you have two options to choose from. You can select Standard Post for $9.50 or Express Post for $12.50.
To ensure your privacy, all items will be packed discreetly. They will be shipped to the address specified in your shopping cart. If you prefer an alternative delivery address, please provide clear instructions in the notes section. Additionally, you have the choice to authorise leaving the parcel at your premises if no one is available to receive it. However, please be aware that once the item is dispatched from our pharmacy, we cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur.
An Electronic Prescription (E-Script) provides patients with a convenient and secure way to receive their prescription. Instead of a paper prescription, patients receive a secure and encrypted token via email or SMS. This token can be presented to the pharmacy for medication fulfillment, eliminating the need for physical prescriptions. Pharmacies securely access the prescription details directly from the doctor through a secure exchange gateway. If repeat prescriptions were issued, patients receive a new token when their medication is dispensed.
If you have a valid escript then please enter the name of your prescribed medication in the search bar above. After finding your medication, proceed with the checkout process. Once your order is successfully placed, follow the instructions to upload your Electronic Prescription.
Another option is sending in a valid script to the online store via post. Unfortunately scanned and fax scripts cannot be accepted due to government regulation. Only prescriptions written by an Australian Doctor can be dispensed. Orders containing a prescription must be sent to an Australian address. We require both the original and the backing to be sent. The same regulations that we adhere to in the retail store when you come in will need to be adhered to online. No prescriptions can be returned under any circumstances. Please ensure your order number is written on the back of the prescription when sending it in.

Prescription orders are shipped promptly upon dispatch and are subject to standard shipping timeframes.
