5I didn't recieve all the items in my order
Depending on availability of items in your order, some items may not be sent with your order. If you have only received part of your order, please check to see if our online team has contacted you prior to contacting Customer Service.
6Do you accept change of minds returns?
We only accept an exchange or refund if it meets the requirements of our Returns Policy.
7What happens if I am not home for delivery?
For all Standard and Express Post orders, if no one is present when the order is delivered and there is no authority or safe place to leave the package, the carrier will either attempt re-delivery or leave a card detailing the nearest location to collect the parcel.
8What happens if I received the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item, please follow the returns process by visiting our Returns Policy. Ensure that you provide as much detail as possible – this will help our team process your return in a timely manner.

If you would like to update your online account information, such as your name or address, kindly forward the requested changes to our Customer Service team here. They will be happy to assist you in updating your information. Please note that your username cannot be changed.
3How do I unsubscribe from your emailed marketing material?
To unsubscribe from our email communications, you can simply use the 'unsubscribe' option provided in our emails. Alternatively, you may also send an email to our Customer Service team here including your email address, and they will ensure that all email correspondence is discontinued for you.
4How can I apply my coupon to my order?
Coupons can be applied to online orders in the cart and checkout section. This is located under the products on the cart page. On the checkout page this is located at the top of the page where it says "Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code". The total voucher amount will then be deducted and reflected in the total.
5What is Choice Pharmacy's Privacy Statement?
When you visit our website, our web server records certain information for statistical purposes. This includes your server address, top-level domain name (e.g., .com, .gov, .au, .uk, etc.), date and time of your visit, pages accessed, documents downloaded, referring site, and type of browser used. 9Why have prices changed from what I saw previously?

We do not offer wholesale quantities in most cases and some products may be out of stock long-term.

Once you've submitted your order, it's not possible to make changes or cancel it. The orders are processed immediately and are being prepared for dispatch.

Please note that not all products found in Choice Pharmacy stores can be purchased through the website. Items stored in refrigerators, as well as heavy or bulky items, may not be available for online purchase but will indicate that they are only available in-store only.
3What if I have ordered the wrong product?
Generally we do not accept returns unless there is a fault in the product. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.
4What if I can't find the product I am looking for?

1Who can order prescription medicine online?
Both eScripts and paper prescriptions can be used by anyone to order their prescription medicines online at Choice Pharmacy. Regardless of the type of prescription you have, you have the option to conveniently place your order through our online platform if you have an active account or create an online account at checkout.
2If I opt to get my prescription delivered, how long will it take?
The most convenient and efficient method to order your prescription medicine is through an eScript. By using this electronic prescription, our pharmacists will receive it instantly and can promptly dispense your order within 1-2 business days.

For paper prescriptions sent via mail, please allow sufficient time for them to reach us. Our pharmacists can only dispense your order once they have received your prescription.

Once your order has been dispensed and shipped, you can use your tracking number to keep track of your order.
3Can I get my prescription medicine delivered?
Certainly! Whether you place an order using an eScript or a paper prescription, we offer delivery services to your home. You can conveniently receive your prescribed medicines right at your doorstep.
4Why do some prescription medicines have four different prices?
Medicines that are subsidised by the Government under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) have varying prices based on the type of benefit card you possess.

Please be aware that choosing a more expensive brand may result in additional charges above the subsidised price.
5Can I order prescription medicine if I don't live in Australia?
Currently, we are unable to ship prescription medicine to locations outside of Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Our shipping services for prescription medicine are limited to within Australia only.
6Can I order Schedule 8 medicines?
Please be aware that Schedule 8 medicines cannot be ordered online. To have a Schedule 8 medicine dispensed, it is necessary to visit your nearest Choice Pharmacy in person and provide your prescription. Our pharmacists will assist you with the dispensing process and ensure the proper handling of Schedule 8 medications.
7Can I order more than one supply of medicine at a time?
Please note that you can only order one supply of a particular medicine at a time. This policy applies to all types of medicines, including Pharmacy medicine, Pharmacist Only medicine, and Prescription medicine.
8Can I phone and talk directly to a pharmacist?
Yes, our pharmacists are available in most stores from:
Monday-Friday: 8am-8pm AEST
Saturday-Sunday: 8am-6pm AEST

9What are the benefits of using eScripts over paper prescriptions?
eScripts offer enhanced convenience and ease compared to traditional paper prescriptions. By storing them on your smartphone, you can access them at any time and from anywhere, eliminating concerns about misplacing or losing them.

Furthermore, eScripts contribute to a paperless system, making them a more environmentally friendly choice. By opting for eScripts, you actively participate in reducing paper waste and promoting sustainability.
10What happens to any repeats that I have?
We prefer you keep your medication repeats with us as that allows for a quicker repeat order. We utilise the latest medicine tracking and ordering technology using the Medadvisor app. If you request that your repeats are kept in store, we can load it up on Medadvisor and you can electronically view and request you medications through the app.

Choice Rewards

1What is Choice Rewards?
Choice Rewards is the in-store loyalty program that let you earn vouchers for purchases in our stores.
2How do I join Choice Rewards?
To join Choice Rewards all you need to do is signup either in-store or on our signup page on our website at Choice Rewards.
3What type of rewards can I earn with Choice Rewards?
For every dollar you spend in-store you earn 1 point. With 200 points, you'll unlock a $10 voucher that can only be redeemed in-store. Prescription medication is not included with the Choice Rewards program.
4How do I check my balance for my Choice Rewards points?
At this current time, the only way to check your balance is by contacting the store with which you signed up either by phone or email.
5Are Choice Rewards and Choice Pharmacy Online linked to the same account?
Currently the Choice Rewards program is an in-store program and the Choice Pharmacy Online Account is only for online customers. The two programs are separate from each other.
6Can I redeem my Choice rewards points with an online purchase?
The Choice Rewards program at this current time is only for in-store purchases.
7Did you receive a membership email but encounter difficulties adding the card to your app?
Currently, only third-party apps can save your membership barcode. Follow these steps to save your code:

Install an app like Pass2U Wallet from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

Open Pass2U Wallet and tap "Start Now." To add your store loyalty card, tap the plus (+) sign at the bottom right, then choose one of these options:

a. Scan the barcode: Use your phone's camera to scan a 1D (Code 128) or 2D (QR code, Aztec code, or PDF417) barcode. Allow camera access, scan the code, and convert it to an Apple Wallet or Google Play pass. Customise the pass and hit "Done" to create it. Upload the data to make the pass when prompted. Tap "Add" to add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

b. Enter the barcode manually: If you can't scan the barcode, choose the barcode type (Code 128, QR code, or Code 39) and enter the code number. Customise the pass, create it, and upload the data when prompted. Tap "Add" to add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

c. Get the barcode from a screenshot: Select a screenshot from your Photos library, and the app will recognise the barcode. Confirm, customise, create, and upload the data. Tap "Add" to add it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Each pass will appear as an individual card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for easy access.
