Microwave Method: Heat the gel pack in microwave for 40 seconds. Carefully remove and test temperature against skin. Massage the pack to spread the heat. If not hot enough, reheat in 10 second increments.
Hot Water Method: Boil about 4L of water. Remove the water. Carefully remove and test temperature against skin. Massage the pack to spread the heat. If not hot enough, reheat in 10 second increments. Insert the prepared gel pack into the fabric sleeve. Position over the affected area and use the strap to achieve desired fit. For limbs. double wrap the strap around the area. For larger areas such as your back, wrap around once.
