A brace suitable for use during general daily activities. Designed for chronic lower back pain. The Conforstrap back support is an elastic knitted lumbar support. Providing moderate compression, this comfortable to wear back support features an ergonomic front panel and two flexible abdominal stays. Incorporating a removable hot/cold pack, this back support helps to alleviate pain by exerting compression.

Position the belt around the waistline and close using contact closure. The back support is delivered with a removable mesh textile pocket and a re-usable Hot/Cold pack.
Cold Therapy Use:
- Place gel compress in your freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Remove gel compress from your freezer. Place the compress in the removable textile pocket delivered with the back support. Position the textile pocket containing the compress on the internal part of the back support, on the area needing treatment. Fix the textile pocket and compress using the hook and loop strap located on exterior of textile pocket. Always test for your personal comfort level. If it feels too cold, remove and wait until temperature becomes acceptable.
- After use, store gel compress at room temperature.
Hot Therapy Use:
- Gel compress must be at room temperature before microwave use.
- Lay gel compress flat in microwave. Heat at full power for 45 seconds.
- Remove from microwave and check for desired temperature. (Temperature will continue to rise slightly).
- If additional heat is desired, return to microwave and heat in 10 second increments. Excessive heating may cause gel compress to rupture and leak.
- Remove gel compress from microwave. Place the compress in the removable textile pocket delivered with the back support. Position the textile pocket containing the compress on the internal part of the back support, on the area needing treatment. Fix the textile pocket and compress using the hook and loop strap located on exterior of textile pocket. After 1 hour, gel compress may be reheated for 45 seconds.
Caution
To avoid frostbite, cold therapy should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Watch gel compress while heating. If gel compress starts to expand, turn off microwave. Do not apply gel compress directly to skin or to injured skin. Use only as directed. Individuals with circulatory problems should consult a physician before using this product. Do not use this product with any topical pain relievers or ointments. This product is non-toxic, however, it is not intended to be eaten. If additional heat is required, wait 1 hour before reheating gel compress. Excessive heating may cause gel compress to rupture and leak. Keep out of reach of children. For maximum efficiency, ensure to select correct size of strap. If you experience any pain, swelling, sensation changes, or any unusual reactions while using this product, consult your medical professional immediately. Do not use over open wounds. Do not use the device if it is damaged and/or the packaging has been opened.
