Each 4.9g dose contains: Hydroxyapatite 3.9g Equiv. Calcium 1000mg Equiv. Phosphorus 431mg Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25 micrograms Equiv. Colecalciferol 1000 IU Borax (Sodium borate) 26mg Equiv. Boron 3.0mg Phytomenadione (Vitamin K) 83 micrograms

Directions

Adults: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL room temperature water once daily. Stir well and drink immediately. For calcium supplementation in children: Children 2 – 3 years: Add 1/2 scoop (2.5g) to 50mL of room temperature water once daily. Children 4 – 8 years: Add 3/4 scoop (3.7g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily. Children 8 – 12 years: Add 1 scoop (4.9g) to 100mL of room temperature water once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional. Stir well and drink immediately.
